James Patrick – Director of PM & UX Mentor
With 13+ years of experience in software, digital transformation, and user-centered design, James has led product launches from zero to millions in revenue.

​Trinity Liu – Senior UX Designer at Amazon
Trinity has designed complex B2B systems across the U.S. and Japan, including AWS and Equinix. In this session, she’ll talk about the skills that matter most in the GenAI era—and how to build them.

Impact HUB Tokyo is part of the Impact HUB Global network, a global community of entrepreneurs seeking to create social impact.
