📌 Tang Seok Hian (Chief HR Officer, CHRO)
Seok Hian is the founder of IKIGAI Consultancy Services Pte Ltd. She specializes in Organization Development, Training, and Coaching and aspires to grow teams and leaders in organizations. Drawing on more than 25 years of HR and leadership experience, she has taken on various roles ranging from generalist, business partner, regional role, coach, trainer, and consultant. She now works closely with co-founders, business owners, and young leaders to help them scale their leadership and build effective teams.
As a fractional CHRO in the start-up world, her “real” responsibility is to coach and mentor co-founders in taking full ownership of people management. She does this through HR consulting, helping start-ups that are ready-to-scale to build HR systems and processes to uphold consistency, drive efficiency, and yet balance with compassionate, principled-based decision-making.
📌 Sandeep Pal (Chief Marketing Officer, CMO)
Sandeep is the founder of FlexxCMO, a fractional CMO service. It specialises in building a business-driven marketing strategy focused on 2 key pillars: Growth and Cost Optimisation.
In a career spanning over 30 years in the technology industry with companies like IBM, Oracle and Citrix, Sandeep has held CMO roles across Asia Pacific for over a decade. He firmly believes that the only key measure of marketing’s success is: Impact On Revenue.
He is a well known and respected marketing leader in APJ who has participated in several CMO dialogues and presented at B2B Marketing leadership events. Sandeep is also a ‘Thinkfluencer’ for Singapore-based Tigerhall, a leading knowledge sharing platform and has recorded several podcasts for them.

Eric See is the Founder of Visioneggg Partners. We aim to bring financial strategic insights to founders and business owners.
Drawing on more than a decade of investment experience, Eric work in various funds such as GMC, EDBI and Circulate Capital. Recognizing a key gap in many startups and SMEs growth execution ability, Eric brings a unique blend of strategic insight, financial rigor, and a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape in South-East Asia. 📌 Davis Ng (Chief Financial Officer, CFO)
Davis is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in financial management, credit, and direct investments. In his recent role as Senior Finance Director at Binance, Davis steered financial strategies, optimized liquidity management and led special projects. Davis previously served as a director at Arcor Capital, arranging and structuring private syndicated debt transactions for high growth companies. Prior to joining Arcor Capital, Davis worked at numerous international banks and private investment firms including GE Capital, AP Capital, SMBC and ANZ Bank, where he focused on originating and executing direct investments and structured finance deals. Davis is attending NYU Stern and HKUST Business School. He is a CPA holder.
📌 Moritz Kaffsack (Moderator)
At the start of 2024 Moritz founded Flexer, with the mission to supercharge startups and SMEs with experienced operators. Flexer’s talent bench is made up of former corporate leaders and startup founders with deep industry expertise. Combined in fractional Teams-as-a-Service, they come in at critical moments to bridge skills gaps, speed up time to market, and resolve growing pains.
For the past 4 years Moritz worked with the healthtech venture Vivy, first on a project basis, and from 2021 to 2024 as global Chief Growth Officer. He was responsible for the roll-out of the b2b2c platform with insurances across Europe, Asia and LatAm, curating ecosystem partners, opening up new monetization opportunities and shaping product market fit. Prior to this, he led marketing agencies and consulting firms in India, Vietnam, the UAE and Germany.
In his free time Moritz is a startup mentor and a fan of independent cinema. He’s also a big believer in new models of work and runs ‘Portfolio Careers in Asia’, a community for senior professionals who are stepping out of the corporate career path to diversify their careers.
