Operation Penguin Power: A Chat for the Slightly Wobbly
Feeling a little less steady on your feet? Wondering why you’re losing strength, or struggling with energy, balance, or blood sugar — even though you haven’t really changed much?
Aging brings a lot of quiet changes — in muscle, in hormones, in how your body handles food and sleep and stress.
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
This is a relaxed space to talk about the small (and not-so-small) ways your body is changing — and what that means for movement, metabolism, independence, and just getting through the day. There’s no agenda. No slideshow. No expert talk. Just real questions, gentle science, and space to be heard.
We'll be gathering on an iceberg, with a few determined penguins nearby.
Because penguins do something extraordinary — they migrate thousands of miles across brutal terrain on nothing but instinct, grit, and tiny steps. They wobble, they slip, and they keep going. And while your journey may not be across the Antarctic, staying upright, steady, and strong in a shifting body takes effort, too.
If you’ve been worrying quietly, come say it out loud. We’ll explore it together — one small step at a time.
NOTE : To join the conversation, you’ll need a microphone. Lurking is always welcome, but the real magic happens when we chat.
