​About Tiago

​Tiago Costa Alves is an award-winning Fulbright Scholar with 20+ years of tech and startups experience (mobile, blockchain, payments, market places, AI, fundraising) across three continents (North America, Europe, Asia).

He was the first-ever Entrepreneur In Residence for Golden Gate Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing across Southeast Asia since 2011, and recently focusing on Librarian - his Stealth Mode startup that is leveraging the power of AI to easily find your work information.

Tiago has been based in Singapore for the last 8 years and is a regular speaker at industry events (e.g. Tech in Asia, Echelon, Casual Connect). He has an MBA in Tech (San Francisco), a Master in Mandarin (Beijing) and a Bachelor in Software Engineering (Macao).
