

Mindful Meditation & Stillness
About the Session:
Guided 30-minute mindful meditation exercises comprising resetting energy through visualizing/meditating, breathing, moments of quiet and stillness, stretches (that you could do sitting or standing), with 10 minutes held afterwards for journaling and/or Q&A.
About the Host:
I'm yoga and sound meditation trained but have used the learnings more on friends & family since my truer calling is in storytelling (which has manifested in a PR/communications career, which I love). Yoga and meditations are a close second love, and I have 15+ years of training, coaching, classes and self-study. In addition to friends & family offerings, I held volunteer weekly meditation sessions at my former employer with a bunch of regulars. As for more on my learning journey, we encounter teachers among those around us every day, but my go to guides for navigating life when life gets complicated are Yung Pueblo & Pema Chondron. I have the yoga & meditation tools to navigate life, but I’m still human.
Prep Work:
No formal preparation needed but if you have the time, it could be nice to set-up a calming setting with lavender scents, bringing a plant in your space or whatever else may be soothing, that isn't part of the regular setting.
