YEG Airport City Sustainability Campus Tour & Commercial Drone Demo

​YEG's Airport City Sustainability Campus is a living lab for accelerating the development, testing, implementation, and commercialization of technology. It propels new jobs, tourism, and economic diversification – and creates a destination in and around YEG, featuring a multitude of industries, namely cargo/logistics, light manufacturing, and bio-pharma.

​Event details:

• ​A shuttle bus will be available to take you to the YEG Airport from the Edmonton Research Park (details coming soon).

• ​Upon arrival at the airport (around 2:15pm), the group will be brought to the meeting rooms on the mezzanine level. There will be a video presentation, and then you will have an opportunity to network while you enjoy some light F&B!

• ​Following the in-terminal event, guests will get back on the shuttle and depart for an airport city tour around the Airport City Sustainability Campus.

• ​Once the airport tour wraps up, the shuttle will take guests over to the City of Leduc, to Montana First Nations (MFN) Medical Clinic drone site to view a live commercial drone demo (weather permitting).

• ​Following the drone demo, the shuttle will bring everyone back to the Edmonton Research Park site for approx. 4:15pm - 4:30pm ETA.
