Redefining success: finding your way in a non-linear career
Feeling stuck in your current career? Or maybe you’re thinking about switching things up but unsure of the next step? For many of us—especially neurodivergent folks—the idea of a linear career doesn’t always make sense, and we're here to normalize that.
Join Allie Warren (she/her), a certified ADHD coach and workplace consultant, in this Tiimo Live event where we’ll dive into what it means to embrace a non-linear career path. Allie will share her personal journey of navigating career changes, along with some practical tips to help you turn what might feel like career chaos into meaningful progress.
We’ll explore
Why switching things up can be great for your mental health
How to handle the ups and downs of a non-linear career
Tapping into your natural strengths and interests to stay engaged at work
Adapting to change and saying yes to new opportunities
Whether you’re at a career crossroads, just starting your career, or simply looking for fresh inspiration, this session is designed to help you redefine what success looks like on your terms.
