💆♂️ Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable with during the session!
🧣 We can provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own. Consider bringing a blanket, sweater, or pillow to make yourself as comfy. (When you get to a deep state, your body temperature can drop, and you might feel cold)
