Qi Gong Workshop at Nusqool
Qi Gong Gardening: Methods for Effective Self Cultivation is a program developed by Jesse that brings practical understanding to the depth of the classical Chinese world view. It is suitable and useful for both experienced and beginner Qi Gong practitioners alike. It centres you as the practitioner in the world of Chinese cosmology. It aims to help you grow from self-care to self-cultivation by giving you the tools to be a resource for both yourself and your community.
We are excited to welcome Jesse to share his teachings at Nusqool this summer for this day retreat, nestled in the country, near Omemee, surrounded by the garden, birdsong, maple trees and ending with a bonfire.
