​The Conference of China iGEMer Community (CCiC) is a synthetic biology grand event spontaneously initiated by past participants and scholars of the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition, boasting a distinguished 11-year history. Over the past decade, CCiC has supported Chinese teams in consistently winning various special awards, Finalist recognitions, and Grand Prizes in international competitions, significantly fostering academic exchange and industrial development in synthetic biology across China. Currently, CCiC has grown into one of the largest regional academic communities in the entire synthetic biology field, covering over 100 universities nationwide and bringing together China's most creative, forward-thinking, and interdisciplinary top university students, along with young scholars and experts in synthetic biology.

​Synbiopunk is a dynamic initiative launched by Ailurus Bio to connect the broader ecosystem for the bioeconomy. Synbiopunk was one of the first platforms to practice the "Unconference" format within the biotechnology field, with its highly successful 2021 Bio-Developer Unconference in Shanghai, gathering over 200 industry experts from academia and industry. Participating companies and institutions included SIAT, Huaheng Bio, Amazon Web Services, Genscript, Bluepha, Sequoia China, 5Y Capital, YC China, and Founder Park, among others. It was also the "birthplace" of several leading biomanufacturing companies like SynMeta Bio.
