Mae iechyd meddwl yn rhywbeth sy’n effeithio’r rhan fwyaf ohonom ar ryw adeg yn ein bywydau – bydd 1 person o bob 4 yn profi mater iechyd meddwl o ryw fath bob blwyddyn. Mae’r galw am sgiliau ac adnoddau iechyd meddwl wedi bod yn tyfu’n raddol dros y degawd diwethaf, ond ers COVID19 mae’r cynnydd hwnnw wedi codi, ac erbyn hyn mae’n flaenllaw yn agenda llawer o bobl a sefydliadau. Er gwaethaf hynny, mae stigma o hyd ynghylch iechyd meddwl.
Mae’r cwrs hwn yn ceisio codi eich ymwybyddiaeth o iechyd meddwl a nifer o broblemau iechyd meddwl ac mae’n eich galluogi i gael dealltwriaeth o’r prif faterion iechyd meddwl a sut i gyfathrebu mewn ffordd empathetig.
Mental health is something that affects most of us at some point in our lives - 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue of some kind each year. he demand for mental health skills and resources has been steadily growing throughout the last decade, but since COVID19 that demand has increased, and is now at the forefront of the agendas of many people and organisations. Despite that, there is still a stigma around mental health.
This course aims to raise your awareness of mental health and a range of mental health problems and allows you to gain an understanding of prevalent mental health issues and how to communicate in an empathetic manner.
