A "Teh Tarik Session" is a Malaysian term that refers to a casual, informal gathering or event, often involving a group of people sharing thoughts, ideas, and experiences over milk tea (teh tarik), much like the relaxed atmosphere of a kopitiam or etc.
The long term goal is to build a regular monthly meetup to share, discuss & implement stuff that we can do collectively as citizens... as part of a global community
Background: Sinar Project is a civic tech initiative using open technology, open data and policy analysis to systematically make important information public and more accessible to the Malaysian people. It aims to improve governance and encourage greater citizen involvement in the public affairs of the nation by making Parliament and Malaysian Government more open, transparent and accountable.
