「ICP Japan」、本格始動
世界37ヶ所に広がる「ICP HUBS NETWORK」の日本での立ち上げを目指し、ローンチイベントを開催いたします。
ICPとは
Internet Computer ICP(Internet Computer Protocol)は、Web3時代の “分散型クラウド” として注目を集めつつあります。
ICPはブロックチェーンというよりクラウドです。
それは、様々なブロックチェーンを統合的に扱う（マルチチェーン）要素や、スマートコントラクト上にAIを乗せる（DeAI）、パスワードレス/WebAuthnでの統合ID（SSIDID）をはじめ、Web3の現在の高難度なUXを一般的なWebと変わらないものにするだけでなく（開発やユーザエクスペリエンスの向上）、パブリッククラウドによるインターオペラブルでコンポーザブルなサービスエコシステムの構築やトークンエコノミクス及びDAO型ガバナンスの追加等（従来のインターネットでは実現できなかった拡張性）、コスト面から付加価値創出まで革新的なアプリケーション開発基盤となります。
日本のエンタープライズ企業でも、プライベートチェーンやコンソーシアム型ブロックチェーンから、Internet Computer（パブリッククラウド）への移行を検討している企業も増えてきております。
ICPのコンセプトは2015年頃に始まり、2021年にメインネットにローンチされました。
現在もロードマップ(R&D)の途中にありますが、2023年からは世界各地に「ICP HUB」が立ち上がり、これらの技術の普及やユースケース拡大のためのエコシステムが広がっています。

第一部「ICP Japan ローンチと日本でのパートナー・エコシステム構築について（with Dfinity財団及び世界各地のHUB/Asia Alliance）」
登壇内容 ： Web3時代の分散型クラウド「Internet Computer（インターネットコンピューター ICP」上において、ブリッジレス・マルチチェーンの統合型アプリケーションやエンタープライズ事例が出てきています。この技術とユースケースを拡大していくエコシステムとして、世界30拠点で「ICP HUB」が立ち上がり、この度日本においても立ち上がることとなりました。Web3や分散型アプリケーション(dApp)に関心のあるエンタープライズ/スタートアップ/デベロッパー/メディア投資家等に向けて概要を説明させていただきます。

第二部「ICPが切り開くマイナ認証の未来」
登壇内容：ICPの技術によってDMMBitcoin事件を防げる可能性があります。アドレスポイズニングを防ぐために、EVMのアドレスは、Googleアカウントのメアドにバインドし、送金先はGoogleアカウントのメアドで指定します。送金は一旦エスクロー口座で預かり、複数の承認が揃ってはじめて、実際に送金先に送金されるようになる。 承認が揃うまでは、送金の取り消しが可能です。 デフォルトの承認者は、送金元と送金先だが、送金ごとにカスタマイズが可能に。システムにトラップが仕掛けられていないことが検証できるように、フロントエンドとバックエンドの両方が、ICPにデプロイされ、デプロイされているモジュールがGithubのソースコードと一致することが検証できます。 上記の機能をICPのChainFusion Hackathonで実装する予定です。

株式会社電通総研 Web3エンジニア。コミッタが100人を超える大規模なオープンソースプロジェクトSeasar2のFounder。「日銀RTGS(各金融機関が、日銀を介して決済する仕組み)」等のミッションクリティカルなプロジェクトでもアーキテクトを務める。専門得意領域/Webフレームワーク、O/R Mapper(データベースフレームワーク)、アプリケーションサーバなどを開発し、日本中の何百というプロジェクトで採用されている。 また、2023年06月23日、株式会社 電通国際情報サービス・比嘉氏が進める、ICPのII（InternetIdentity）を活用した「KYC/KYBに基づいたトラストのある取引」ユースケース実証事業が日本政府/デジタル庁が推進する「デジタル社会における新たな信頼の仕組みが新しい価値の創出を目指す国策プロジェクト、Trusted Webの公募において、取り組みが採択された。

第三部「slashがICPに期待すること」
登壇内容：2023年11月にICP.Hub Singaporeとのパートナーシップを締結し、ICPを活用したエスクロー決済に関するR&Dを開始。暗号資産決済に関する日本市場及び各事業者の課題感をふまえ、ICPスマートコントラクト × マルチチェーンエスクロー決済に関する実践的な市場展望を解説します。

2022年7月からEVM系のブロックチェーン上のDEXを活用した暗号資産決済Slash Paymentの導入営業やパートナーシップを推進し、初期グロースからSVLトークン上場までのアジア市場での事業開発を担当。Slash Vプリカ SHOP、Slash Cardなど日本市場に特化した新規事業開発にも携わり、現在は各ブロックチェーンの相互運用性に関するR&Dを推進中。

ICP Japan is now in full swing!
ICP Japan will hold a kick-off event for the launch of an ICP HUB in Japan, which has expanded to 30 locations around the world.
What is ICP?
Internet Computer ICP (Internet Computer Protocol) is gaining attention as a decentralized cloud in the Web3 era.
ICP is more like a cloud than a blockchain.
It not only makes the current high UX of Web3 no different from the general Web, including the integrated handling of various blockchains (multi-chain) elements, AI on smart contracts (DeAI), and integrated ID (SSIDID) with password-less/WebAuthn It will not only improve development and user experience, but also create an interoperable and composable service ecosystem in the public cloud, add token economics and DAO-type governance (scalability that could not be achieved with the conventional Internet), and create added value from a cost standpoint. The service will be an innovative front-end infrastructure for everything from cost to value-added creation.
An increasing number of Japanese enterprise companies are considering the transition from private chains and consortium blockchains to Internet Computer (public cloud).
The ICP concept started around 2015 and was launched on the mainnet in 2021.
It is still in the middle of its roadmap (R&D), but starting in 2023, "ICP HUBs" were launched around the world to expand the ecosystem for the diffusion and use case expansion of these technologies.

Part I ICP Japan Launch and Partner Ecosystem Building in Japan (with Dfinity Foundation and HUB/Asia Alliance around the world)
Speaker : Bridgeless multi-chain integrated applications and enterprise cases are emerging on Internet Computer (Internet Computer ICP), a decentralized cloud in the Web3 era. The ICP HUB has been launched in 30 locations around the world as an ecosystem to expand this technology and use cases, and is now being launched in Japan as well. investors, etc. who are interested in Web3 and decentralized applications (dApp).

Sho T is a Futurist who backcasts the future from the innovator phase. He bridges the two axes of the future (Seeds) and the market (Needs) in the business front. After working for a large company (NTT) as an entrepreneur and an evangelist for the world's first SNS blockchain STEEM, he established the NoCoders Japan Association in 2020. as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) of Pressman Inc. he launched a NoCoders DX talent platform for over 5,000 people; from 2022, he is involved in Metaverse Business Producing for Exploration, Digital Citizenship, and New Industry Creation using Roblox. He is a visiting professor at iU Information Management Innovation Professional University and a founder of C3F, an industry-academia research PJ of next-generation decentralized cloud, Internet Computer. In May 2024, he established ICP Japan in collaboration with Dfinity Foundation as Spoke.

Part 2: "ICP Domestic Use Case "Government Truted Web" and Unique Points from Engineer's Perspective with Other Blockchains
Speaker: As an ICP domestic use case, we will introduce a case study on Trusted Web (authentication by Internet Identity, etc.). Yasuo will also explain its unique points from an engineer's point of view (e.g., ICP is a complementary chain to other chains) and share the potential for future development of this technology. (e.g.,simple tasks like automatic accumulation of BTC or ETH (similar to NISA) or subscriber functions that can also be implemented in Web3 Project)

Web3 Engineer, Dentsu Inc. Founder of Seasar2, a large-scale open source project with over 100 committers, and architect of mission-critical projects such as Bank of Japan RTGS (settlement mechanism for financial institutions via Bank of Japan). His areas of expertise include web frameworks, O/R Mapper (database framework), and application servers, which have been adopted in hundreds of projects throughout Japan. On 23 June, 2023, while at Dentsu International Information Service, Inc. his Transactions with Trust based on KYC/KYB use case demonstration utilizing ICP II (InternetIdentity) was selected by the Japanese government's Digital Agency to be part of the New Trust Mechanism in the Digital Society" project. The initiative was adopted in the public call for the Trusted Web, a national policy project that aims to create new value through the mechanism of trust in the digital society.
