Self Care Immersion
About the Session
This booking is for march 29th.
Anahata’s Self-Care Immersion Sessions are thoughtfully designed for those seeking deeper self-connection, stress relief, and profound relaxation. Each session is uniquely crafted to enhance self-awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and stimulate alpha brain waves—promoting stress release and the creation of new neurotransmitters. Science continues to confirm the transformative benefits of meditation, and these sessions are curated to bring those benefits into your personal practice.
For our March 29th self-care sessions, we will begin with a gentle yoga flow to awaken the body, followed by guided breathwork and body awareness to cultivate presence. From there, we will move into Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation, guiding you into deep connection with your inner essence. To enhance the experience, we will incorporate sound healing with exotic crystal bowls, custom-crafted for their unique vibrational quality, elevating your meditation journey into a deeply immersive state.
About the Facilitator
My meditation journey began over a decade ago, during the rise of meditation apps in 2014. But my true connection to the practice came unexpectedly when I found myself in Dharamsala—without much planning. My friends were already there on their own journeys, and on a whim, I decided to join them.
Some places on Earth hold an undeniable vortex of energy, and Dharamsala is one of them. The moment I stepped off the plane, I felt it—perhaps it was the crisp mountain air, but there was an overwhelming sense of serenity. Over the days, we meditated in ashrams, with different teachers, and in the mountains. This was also where I first experienced the power of collective consciousness—how meditating in a group can elevate personal frequencies and deepen inner stillness.
Looking back, I realize Dharamsala was where meditation truly became a part of me. Over the years, my practice has ebbed and flowed with life, but no matter the circumstances, meditation always brings me back to clarity and balance.
As my journey deepened, I felt called to share this practice with others—because teaching, for me, is also the best way to learn. My sessions are thoughtfully curated for those seeking a deeper connection to self, inner stillness, and profound relaxation.
My inspiration comes from my own personal evolution, my daily practice, and the teachings I’ve received—including meditation teacher training at the Chopra Center, MBSR at SMU, immersive retreats, and self-awareness studies. Yet, the learning never stops. My pursuit of self-discovery and conscious living continues to guide me—and I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
