Nicole Saunders is Director of Community at Zendesk. In this role, Nicole's main objective is to increase Zendesk's customers' connection to one another, professional development, and relationship with Zendesk.
To do achieve this, Nicole sets strategy, defines policy and governance, develops and launches new community products, and engages the Zendesk user community. Nicole does this all whilst collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure there is alignment between community and the business.
