Vinyasa Yoga with MagicDana
Yoga is a holistic practice, working out the body, mind, and heart and bringing you closer to your authentic self.
In this 60-minute class, we will flow together to relax the body, warm up the spine, build up to a peak pose, cool down, and reap the benefits of the practice.
The class will link the breath with the movement. It will focus on relaxing, stretching, and strengthening the different body parts, leaving you utterly relaxed at the end, relieving any muscle tensions, and creating space in your body and mind to move forward with more diligence.
We will always start by setting our intentions, being present with our bodies, and ending the class with the power of the heart, the energy of gratitude bringing our practice round.
