​Too often, the climate conversation uplifts the same leaders and leaves out the local changemakers doing the work on the ground. Join Project Drawdown and special guests – including Kristy Drutman of Brown Girl Green and Suzie Hicks the Climate Chick – for a conversation and celebration honoring local climate heroes in Los Angeles.

​This dynamic session will showcase exclusive clips from Drawdown’s Neighborhood: Los Angeles, a season of Project Drawdown’s climate solutions short documentary series premiering this fall, and spotlight seven LA-based climate heroes who are advancing real solutions: Enjoli Ferrari (LA Compost), Ammy Rojas (Friends of Ballona Wetlands), Jamiah Hargins (Crop Swap LA), Laura Rink (Heal the Bay), Jessica Cain (Agromin), and Parker Do (New Roots Institute), as well as Maggie Baird (Support + Feed).
