​Starting from the leadership values of the company, Bin Sou created an assessment for Printify’s leaders. The purpose was to measure self-awareness and the frequency of desirable leadership behaviors. His case study will walk us through how they came up with the questions, how they approached the assessment process, and how they empowered leaders with data to drive action.
