About Event

Join us for an exclusive Breathwork & Ice Plunge session in Düsseldorf. We’re inviting 30 members of our community for an immersive experience focused on mental clarity and resilience. This sign-up is for the Breathwork session, followed by the Ice Plunge and a Hang-Out with Drinks & Food. There is also sauna and showers available!
