With a background in mediation and negotiation, Seisei founded Tandem Consulting Group in 2008, providing strategy and organizational development consulting, coaching, and training to clients across 3 continents. Her clients include Fortune 50 companies, VC-backed startup founders, nonprofits, United Nations and government agencies. She is a Venture Partner at Republic, Expert in Residence at Ask a Chief of Staff, angel investor, Phillips Exeter Academy General Alumni Association Director, singer, free diver, and connector. From 2016-2021, Seisei built the infrastructure for two political organizations as Chief Operating Officer, helping to change the face of politics in the United States and secure major wins for Democratic state lawmakers in 2022's election cycle.
