restoring nervous system resiliency
learn how trauma and stress get stored in the body, influence the nervous system, create patterns that shape your life -- and, how to work with all of it. we think that regulation is the key to healing and transformation, but that is just one piece. the overall goal is rather nervous system resiliency, and in this workshop, we will explore the how and the why behind that. expect lecture, discussion, and psychosomatic practice including body work and experiential meditation. wear comfy clothes and bring a journal for any reflections.
