​The Capital Run by musfeldt. returns on June 25.

​At its core, the Capital Run is more than just a 5k run, it’s a community-driven experience for Berlin’s startup ecosystem. Once a month, we bring together founders, investors, and tech operators for an evening of movement, connection, and conversation. We believe that running can be one of the simplest ways to build relationships.

We start with a warm-up that gets the body ready and introduces movements your everyday routine might miss. It’s about learning new patterns, building awareness, and waking up the system. Then comes the run itself, an easy and steady 5k through Berlin at a conversational pace. And finally, we slow things down with a short cool-down session to reset before easing into the relaxed part of the evening: drinks, chats, and new connections.

​No pressure, no racing, just presence, shared rhythm, and meaningful exchange.

​This edition is once again co-hosted with Unicorn Bakery. We’ll start and finish at the Unicorn Bakery Arena, where post-run drinks will be waiting.
