We are gathering to discuss the Standard Operating Procedures for Events in the Tower.
If you have thrown events in the Tower and have some suggestions about what worked and didn't work we want to hear them!
Some prompts to consider:
Wi-FI
Non citizen access to the building and limits on where those folks can go
A/V and general gear management and use
Security and late night departures
Front desk and Community knowledge of the event
Trash and cleaning management
Reservations process
Ticketing platform
Parking
Events at the Tower are central to the building of our community, recruiting of new citizens to floors and/or offices, and the general over work being done by the collective efforts. We need to have them be safe, successful, and beneficial for all involved, while also reducing the opportunity for harm or general ill intent by random bad actors.
