About Event
In this working group meeting we will be focusing on identifying blockers and enablers to help the tech industry develop better recruitment practices around socio-economic diversity. This is targeted at improving the engagement with working age adults in the immediate talent pipeline.
The desired outcome of the session will be to come away with a better understanding of where things are going wrong for folks from low class backgrounds in the workplace, and to create a list of hypotheses we can take forward to validate and inform solutions.
