Speakers present critical obstacles to address within 12 months and challenge the audience to develop these obstacles into one point of focus:  "Regarding fleet electrification, a critical obstacle to collectively overcome in 12 months is __________.”

1. ​Participants vote to prioritize speaker obstacle statements into one point of focus.

2. ​Strategically placed at breakout tables, participants develop and pitch a 12 month solution and 90 day sprint.

3. ​Leaders can hold themselves accountable to deliver the 90 day sprint and 12 month solution as a volunteer Task Force.

​OBJECTIVES:

1. ​Foster effective teamwork among regulators, utilities and other stakeholders to develop new markets to deliver near term impact for the greater good

2. ​Learn how innovative approaches using new business models or new technology have shown promising results

3. ​Develop a modernized transportation system that is affordable, just, equitable, and reliable, in a timely manner.
