Workshop: How startups should work with corporates and strategic investors
Every founder needs to build strategic relationships with larger organisations especially in the early growth (late seed-series C stages). In some cases, founders pursue commercial agreements with corporates, and in many cases they seek for a strategic investment as growth partners.
During this "introduction to working with corporates and strategic investors" session we will go over the fundamentals of working with strategics for early growth and growth startup founders.
Working with strategics requires knowledge of how corporations operate, make decisions and even their internal politics.
We will have hands on work to explore three questions of working with strategics that will help you navigate your next steps:
Why do you want to partner with strategic investors/partners for your company?
When is the right time to start engaging with strategics for your business?
Who should you build relationships in the strategic organisations you target.
The session includes an introduction presentation, hands on work on your own venture (along with a template that will be shared with your) and open Q&A.
