[Sky Oro] Bozeman Executive Women's Gathering

​​Imagine this: it is 530 pm on a busy Wednesday and you have spent the day at the beck and call of everyone and everything that depends on you. You have given almost all that you have to give, and then you arrive at the luxurious Sky Oro space. You are met with a warm energy, a personalized welcome, and an invitation to shed your day as settle into the comfortable living room where you are surrounded by women who get it. You are offered something delicious to eat, something soothing to drink, and your shoulders start to come down from up near your ears.

​​As everyone in the room settles into their spaces and starts to introduce themselves, you get this overwhelming feeling of relief, of intrigue, and of excitement that you have finally found the community that you have been seeking. A community of growth oriented women who care deeply and believe in the power of women elevating women.

​​Join us for this powerful evening designed to carve out space for women like you, who are enjoying the height of your career, to connect in meaningful ways with local women at a similar place in life. You have worked incredibly hard to get here, and you are not alone in your struggle to find the people and the places that you can be fully open and authentically yourself with.

​​Our mission with these gatherings is to create a space that feels safe and inviting for women to elevate one another by showing up as their authentic selves and sharing their life experiences with vulnerable curiosity.

​​This group experience is facilitated by Lorca Smetana. Lorca raises up resilient leaders, guiding them to navigate challenges with resilience, courting joy and cultivating compassion as a transformative force.  A survivor of the 1986 Mt. Hood mountaineering tragedy, Lorca has over 30 years of experience in teaching about risk, regeneration, and joy. She holds an MAIS in diplomacy and has taught resilient leadership development at Montana State University and within teams across a broad spectrum of fields.  A TEDx speaker, celebrant, author, and regenerative farmer, Lorca empowers people to lighten the burdens of a heavy world.
