​Sarah Hesz is the CCO of Bubble Childcare; she also founded the first social app for new mums and now heads up the UK’s biggest platform for on-demand childcare and trusted family support, empowering over 100,000 parents. She’s an ex-adlander, TEDx speaker, mum of 3 and advocate for working parents.

Working parents make up 3 in 7 of our workforce, and with news of so many talented mums being pushed out of the workforce, the need for a pro-family culture and working environment is more evident.

Tech companies are known to be a great place to work, but as Millennials are growing up and beginning to start families of their own it’s high time for companies to start reevaluating what it means to be a great employer.

We’re calling on the working Mums and women thinking about having children someday, to join us in a solutions-oriented discussion on the challenges you’re facing and what employers can and should be doing to better support working mums.
