​TARRA’s Bridge Networks are curated peer-to-peer groups where members meet, learn from and support each other. Collectively they navigate professional challenges, discuss big ideas and provide access to resources. TARRA Bridge Networks strengthen this supportive community and give members the tools to thrive.

​- Member led and attended meetings focused on specific topics decided upon by attendees 

​- A safe space to share knowledge, ask for help and provide feedback to group 

​- Members have the opportunity to share their wins, losses, ask for help and offer support/ideas to group
