This class is part of our Summer Marathon Training Series, a 12-week series consisting of 3 workouts per week — conditioning, strength, and yoga — all designed to supplement your marathon training.
Dates: June 4 - August 24
Conditioning - Mondays from 6-7pm with Rel
Strength - Wednesdays from 715-815pm with Lola
Yoga - Sundays from 2-3pm with Nisi
