Description: An early to mid career manager is the most critical talent any organization can have. These managers work with every function that there could be in an organization - sales, operations, finance, technology, service, to name a few. Therefore, a successful manager makes an entire organization supremely successful. In addition, the ability to don different hats to have meaningful conversations with peers from all parts of the organization and align with the overarching strategy determines the success of the manager. My expertise in building growth strategies at three large organizations, all about 100 years or older, and an immersive MBA from Harvard that exposed me to over 500 other businesses have taught me many lessons. I am excited to pay it forward. These lessons are equally important for an entrepreneur or anyone who is not directly involved in a business.
