WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Originally, it was founded in the 1990s by German Psycho-Analyst Bert Hellinger. He worked WITH the Zulu tribe as a missionary for more than a decade. He went back to Germany and combined much of what he learned from the Zulu tribe WITH many western therapies to create Family Constellations.
In today’s Family Constellations sessions, you can bring in anything that you would to a therapy session or a life coaching session. You choose other people in the group to represent your family members, emotions, illnesses, or anything else that might be relevant to your constellation. Your Family Constellations Facilitator will guide you through this entire process.
Like no other healing modality, it allows us to explore and uncover hidden dynamics that we are most likely not aware we are carrying for the most cathartic and powerful healing experience ever.
WHAT IS TEA LEAF READING?
Do you go from reading to reading but are still unable to feel peace of mind? You might get some guidance or insights but never receive the lasting or sustainable transformation you desire.
This is most likely because modern society has conditioned you to switch off your intuitive sense and rely on analytical thought. If you truly want to feel liberated, have peace of mind and experience lasting joy, you have to reconnect with your childlike imagination.
Learning the secret language of tea is the most powerful way to reconnect with your childlike joy and imagination! This is because it gives you a very effective way to release the voices and noises that distract you from receiving & reclaiming your own truth.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDES
Kyla Mitsunaga is a certified Family Constellations facilitator and Theta Healing practitioner and trainer, matcha latte lover, and has tried 25 or so different healing modalities along her own healing journey that took her around the globe. She is passionate about helping her clesties (client-turned-besties) heal at the deepest levels through her All-Asian family constellations intensive retreats and in-person family constellations circles.
YShel Lok is a tea wizard. She and her business partner Kai-Kenny have been hired by Fortune 500 companies and numerous museums to craft ingenious alchemical tea experiences, which have allowed their respective employees and visitors to reclaim their inner peace and be more aligned with their higher selves.
