Hue Chiang is a Senior Director at DaVita, Inc. with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process engineering. Her career spans multiple industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, sports apparel development, and healthcare consulting. When Hue isn't busy transforming teams and organizations, she's busy mentoring others at work and outside of work. For fun, she enjoys keeping up with her 2 teenage kids, traveling, and exploring hiking trails.

Before launching RISE2GETHER, she worked as a product manager at Dropbox, focusing on website redesign and enhancing user experience. She is also proud to be recognized as a top 1% product management mentor on ADPList, where she is dedicated to supporting the career growth of others, especially women. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors—hiking, running, biking, skiing, and playing tennis as well as cherishes family time with her partner and three kids.
