Event Information

We all have them, and sometimes they’re hard to control. 

Sometimes, they have the ability to control how we think and act, so much so we end up feeling like we have no control over our own body. During this session, we’re discussing emotions and how to navigate them.

In this session delivered by Shift Therapist, Davina Mukinav, we will focus on how you can experience and express emotions in a way that is not only healthy for you internally, but conducive to building healthy relationships externally.

Further topics of discussion will include:

  • What is toxic positivity and how do emotions tie into it

  • Emotional reasoning

  • Creating mindfulness

  • Grounding techniques to control emotions
