I pray this year brings you peace, Joy, happiness, prosperity, health, success and above all LOVE because Love always wins!
Today Dr Tina shares essential steps for you to use as a guide to the new year. She talks about taking a personal retreat as a way to receive fresh empowerment, direction and a renewal of your mindset.
The 5 Keys to equip you are:
Uncensored gratitude to God, when we give thanks we make room for a million more miracles to come our way.
A Personal honest appraisal of yourself, you can consider these areas: spiritual life, mental transformation, health and wellness, purpose and assignment, finances, relationships etc.
Direction for clarity, when you're clear on your direction, it's easier to lay aside everything that so easily weighs you down or entangles you so that you can run with much speed and perseverance the race of life set before you.
Plan and resolutions, consider your values, principles, responsibilities and resources, you need a good strategic plan in place, after all, failing to plan is planning to fail.
Measurable actions to execute your plans.
Finally, don't regret the lost time, or the losses in life. Remember there is always hope and there is always restoration, don't be pulled down by any regrets or failures, even a tree has hope when it's cut down, you can get back up and you can find hope and restoration.

How to Boldly Step into the New Year - 5 Keys to equip you.

This week is Christmas week, Merry Christmas! 
I want to talk to us about the keys to outstanding leadership.  I believe that you can always learn something from experience, you can always learn something from an event or anything that happens. 
This week I've been reading a book by one of my mentors, John C. Maxwell, and it talks about "heads you win, tails you win". It starts off by looking at a leader called David, he led with the integrity of his heart, which is a pure heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
If you think of that as a two-sided coin. You need both sides to make the coin. And it's the same thing when it comes to being a leader, you need to have integrity and skill. So integrity and competence, you cannot have one without the other. You can't be a person of great integrity and have very little competency or skill as a leader.
Likewise, you can't be really well-skilled or competent leader and have no integrity. I think we can tell a leader who has integrity and a leader who does not have integrity. So every leader needs both. You need to have a heart that is full of integrity as well as the skill, art, and competency that it takes in order to lead. If you don't have either of these, it's more or less the recipe for failure.
So here are 11 Keys that would really help you to be a leader of excellence. And it's designed to help you develop your leadership skills, your leadership competencies if you will. 
So the first thing that we must consider as leaders even as we are winding down this year and looking ahead towards 2023, I want you to think about these,
1. Value excellence.
2. Do not settle for average - its the quickest way to self-sabotage
3. pay attention to the detail - the process is important
4. Stay focused - Remain committed to what really matters 
5. Display integrity and sound ethics

So integrity and competence, you cannot have one without the other. You can&#x27;t be a person of great integrity and have very little competency or skill as a leader.​Likewise, you can&#x27;t be really well-skilled or competent leader and have no integrity. I think we can tell a leader who has integrity and a leader who does not have integrity. So every leader needs both. You need to have a heart that is full of integrity as well as the skill, art, and competency that it takes in order to lead. If you don&#x27;t have either of these, it&#x27;s more or less the recipe for failure.​So here are 11 Keys that would really help you to be a leader of excellence. This week is Christmas week, Merry Christmas! 

I want to talk to us about the keys to outstanding leadership.  I believe that you can always learn something from experience, you can always learn something from an event or anything that happens. 

This week I've been reading a book by one of my mentors, John C. Maxwell, and it talks about "heads you win, tails you win". It starts off by looking at a leader called David, he led with the integrity of his heart, which is a pure heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.

If you think of that as a two-sided coin. You need both sides to make the coin. And it's the same thing when it comes to being a leader, you need to have integrity and skill. So integrity and competence, you cannot have one without the other. You can't be a person of great integrity and have very little competency or skill as a leader.

Likewise, you can't be really well-skilled or competent leader and have no integrity. I think we can tell a leader who has integrity and a leader who does not have integrity. So every leader needs both. You need to have a heart that is full of integrity as well as the skill, art, and competency that it takes in order to lead. If you don't have either of these, it's more or less the recipe for failure.

So here are 11 Keys that would really help you to be a leader of excellence. And it's designed to help you develop your leadership skills, your leadership competencies if you will.

How to Boldly show up as YOU!

Dear Friend,
This week we sit with Stacey Campbell a global leader and a mentor to leaders of nations, she founded Shiloh Company and Be a Hero International, who shares her story.
At twelve years old, I said, I'm going to be an interpreter for international affairs, and I'm going to do this. I never had anybody say, oh, you could never do that, you can't travel. Even though I was from a small town in Saskatchewan, in Canada, a tiny province, tiny town, I had nothing but belief around me. When I was 16, it dawned on me how much money it was going to take to accomplish my vision. I remember sitting on the back porch with my mother and saying, mom, I've always told you I wanted to be an interpreter for international affairs. But today, in school, we had to look into what that would take. I would have to go to interpreter school in Europe, it would cost this much money on flights and blah, blah, blah. and I said, Mom, I don't think we have enough money for me to become an interpreter for international affairs.

And so that sense of empowerment that was given to me, I like to pass that on to other people. One of the first things I think of being a leader is to see what other people carry and not see all the problems, but to find the gold that's hidden under the earth in the dirt as it were and begin to call that out and to begin to nurture it and also to create an environment where you're working with people. I find that if you see what people carry, believe in them and then walk with them as they go through the ups and downs. There will always be ups and there will be downs, everybody will make a mistake.
We don't jump on people on their first mistake, we say, hey, that happened. So how can we learn from that? How do we move forward? Because they're going to be a better leader after they've made a mistake than before they've made a mistake. And it's unrealistic to think that nobody's going to make a mistake.
My goal is to make great leaders that feel supported and excel beyond anything, anywhere I could ever do or go. Because if we're going to bring transformation to the Earth, then it's not going to happen through one person or one NGO or one organisation. It is going to take all of us on all hands on deck, working together with collaboration and the greater authority that each individual has.
Richard Kipling once said the strength of the wolf is the pack, meaning that the pack actually strengthens the individual wolf. But then he also said, the strength of the wolf is the pack, but the strength of the pack is the wolf. So the stronger your individual wolves, the stronger the pack is. And when you have a strong pack, it empowers every wolf.
Top Tips:
Leadership always comes with a burden of responsibilities, but you should still never be afraid to make the choices that have to be made.
If you pay attention to those around you, including your mum, there is so much that you can learn.
Don't ever let money stop your dreams. You may need to walk and work a little bit harder or a little bit longer. But you can always become what you want to be.
See others for what they carry and pull up those pieces of gold in them that is within them, in their potential, be able to see beyond the problems that perhaps they might bring or the roughness of them. See beyond that and see the potential in them.
As leaders, we must create an environment that empowers other people and believe in other people. We always say to believe in ourselves, but we must also be the first to believe in other people.
Be a woman or be a leader that is faithful. By that, we mean walking with other people in the ups and also in the downs, and covering one another as they learn.
And then the greatest tip is the desire to make others great. If you are called to lead other leaders, desire to see them become great, for it is the only way forward to transform our world truly.
Remember the strength of the wolf is in the pack and the strength of the pack is in the wolf. Learn from your challenges and turn that into wisdom. When you turn that into wisdom, you will go further.
Finally, to warp this up, the final word from Stacey is that you will fall off the horse someday, but never be afraid to get back onto the horse.
