30 Minutes to reflect on your previous week and plan the upcoming one!
What you can expect:
To kick it off, everyone shares where they're at today.
Then, we'll do a quick 1-2 minute centering practice.
Finally, we'll dive into simple prompts to reflect + plan.
Sessions are 30 minutes so you can fit them seamlessly into your day, but we'll always stay on a bit longer if folks want to share.
