We have two refund policies: one for our cONference, and another one for all other events.

For all events except the cONference: you may request a refund for your ticket up to 14 days before the event date. If the event is rescheduled, you have the option to use your ticket for the new date. However, if you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund. Should we cancel the event, you will also receive a full refund.

For our annual cONference: you may request a refund for your ticket up to 21 days before the date of the cONference. Your ticket is transferable, but please let us know at least 7 days before the event to ensure great participant experience. Tickets cannot be shared - one person per ticket for the whole event.
