2. Help you figure out where your skill gaps & growth opportunities are 
3. Set expectations with your manager & other stakeholders about exactly where your time is being spent 
4. When done right they can help you articulate exactly where you are going above and beyond your role expectations which is super important for promotions

• ​(Optional) Live feedback from me (a design industry vet with over 11 years of experience)

We will all jump into miro and do a live working session where we each draft our own individual objectives for the first term of 2025
