โ€‹Session One: Lean hiring. Learn how to run a tight process whether you have all the tools and process or zero. You'll be able to get to signed offers with the best person for the team amidst all the obstacles.

โ€‹Session Two: Ideal Candidate Profile. Real talk. Very few of us can recognize team alignment from a profile or resume. Learn how to use your requirements to identify the people who will perform and outperform.

โ€‹Session Three: Persuasion. Recruiting is all about persuading candidates, leaders, hiring managers, or even yourself. We don't have time to waste in startup hiring. Learn how to identify who to invest time in, how to check for buy-in early and as you go, and how to get to yes! (Hiring at startups is like dating, it's a quick hell yes or a hell no).

โ€‹Session Four: Momentum. Learn how to keep up, stay sane, while doing it all. Whether you're a founder, an early hire acting as recruiter, or among the first recruiters on the team, this is perhaps the most critical session.
