​Meet Your Guide

​This workshop will be hosted by Ethan Hill.

​Ethan is a writer, artist, entrepreneur and international yoga teacher helping Seekers heal their minds, master their minds, and liberate the souls in order to adjust to "the New Earth."

​After leaving his corporate job in 2019, Ethan has dedicated over 12,000 hours to learning and teaching the ancient sciences of yoga, breathwork, meditation and nutrition to people and corporations around the globe.

​He is currently traveling the world sharing the mystical (and practical) teachings of Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism using a unique blend of engineering and spirituality.

​Itinerary

​7:00PM - 7:15PM

​Opening the container. Introducing your guide. Meeting the group. Intention-setting.

​7:15PM - 7:45PM

​Ethan teaches you about how your mind and body interconnect with one another. By understanding this, you can reverse engineer many different physiological and psychological states of being.

7:45PM - 8:00PM

​Break time! Drink some water, and eat a little fruit or raw honey. Ask questions.

​8:00PM - 8:30PM

​Let's make things practical. Ethan will teach you his 3 simple and effective techniques ("Buddha Face," "Tidal Volume," and "Telescopic Eye") for quieting your mind whenever, wherever.
