Whatever you call it, first impressions matter! Almost every interview and informational interview starts with an ask to explain your experience and why you're right for the role. This is your moment to shine and make your professional background the cliff-hanger show your interviewer can't stop watching (and can't wait to hire).

But talking about yourself and hyping your accomplishments is hard, uncomfortable and probably often avoided. Plus, my hunch is (based on coaching > 100 women), you might be including too much irrelevant detail, struggle to explain gaps or pivots or make your experience feel cohesive.

Join me for this 'how-to' session which will be part-teaching, part-workshop. I'll share my best practices for creating a compelling narrative, guide you through a framework for crafting your own and then we'll workshop them together.

You'll leave with a new, jazzed-up way to present yourself and increased confident to really own your value.
