About Umesh Nawathe
Umesh is a self-taught UX Designer with a rich design background, spanning 17 years of overall experience. Over the past decade, he transitioned from graphic design into the world of UX, drawing heavily from the knowledge and support of various design communities that have greatly influenced his career. Currently working as a UX Analyst at Cybage in Pune, India, Umesh brings a deep understanding of both visual and user experience design to every project, combining creativity with analytical thinking to solve complex UX challenges.
About Stefi Peykova:
Stefi is a product design lead with over a decade of experience across four countries, leading initiatives in the public sector, fintech, SaaS, and health, including a digital transformation that wins Best in Class for Service Design. She brings love for responsible design and tackling complex challenges by blending research, human-centered design, and systems thinking. Stefi believes that mentoring can reveal untapped potential in others, even when they can’t see it themselves
