About Event

A 4-week group Circle experience for high-achieving Asian women ready to stop waiting and start leading with clarity, purpose, and power.

You’ve climbed the first mountain—built a strong career, delivered results, done everything “right.”

But now, it’s different.

You’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or sidelined.
Promotions have stalled. Your work no longer feels fulfilling.
And quietly, you’re asking: “Is this really it?”

This is your signal—not a setback, but a turning point.

☀️ Imagine this:

Your uniqueness becomes your superpower.

You stop second-guessing yourself.

You center on what matters most to you - and let that guide your path.

You no longer feel the need to prove yourself.

You make bold decisions - not from fear, but from alignment.

You speak with a voice that feels both strong and true.

You no longer fear uncertainty.

(In fact, you see it as possibility.)

You become.

That's what it means to S.C.A.L.E. your Second Mountain.

The Second Mountain Program is a 4-week group Circle experience for high-achieving Asian women who are ready to move from silent effort to strategic leadership, and from external success to internal alignment.

Through our S.C.A.L.E.™ framework, you’ll uncover your next chapter—not the one others expect, but the one that reflects who you are now and what you truly want next.

🌱 You’ll walk away with:

  • Clarity on what your “second mountain” looks like

  • A personal definition of success that actually fits you

  • Tools to shift from invisible contributor to confident, visible leader

  • A roadmap for your next chapter—professionally and personally

  • The support of a peer Circle who get it—and are growing too

Together, let's S.C.A.L.E. your Second Mountain - with clarity, confidence, and joy.
