​A moment for Exceptional well-being...

• ​​Who: Open to current founders! Also welcoming VCs aligned with supporting early-stage founders.

• ​​When: Thursday, January 23 at 9:20 AM

• ​​What: Studio Vinyasa class and meditative breathwork, all experience levels welcome. Come move and breathe with the Exceptional community. Get out of your head for 60 minutes and into your body!

• ​​Where: NYC; location convenient to Chelsea/Flatiron. All props and equipment provided.

• ​​Why: The founder journey can be tough. Founder mental health and wellbeing is paramount. Our team continues to be intentional about supporting our communities - providing some space to prioritize wellbeing and restoration in what is often a full sprint of building and leading.

​​Please try to arrive by 9:15 AM to ensure everyone can get comfortably situated in the space. Class to be led by an amazing instructor (E-RYT 500, Reiki Master - she's the best)!
