The experiences taught him a way of thinking and communicating that top product managers use to solve critical product challenges facing technology companies. He distilled that way of thinking and communicating into an easy-to-understand, fun-to-apply framework called Understand Identify Execute!
About the Speaker:
Andrew (Drew) McInnes, (linkedin.com/in/andrewmcinnes/) is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mach49 and previously at Banco Santander & Bionic and a Mentor at First Round Capital. Prior to Bionic, Drew was a Product Lead at Facebook and successful startups such as Eatwith, KIXEYE, and a Product Manager at Zynga. Prior to Zynga, Drew founded Uzeema after holding leadership roles at early-stage startups OutSmart Power Systems, Wilson TurboPower, and the Private Equity Funds Group (a startup within UBS Investment Bank). Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Drew was an investment banker and commercial banker at UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo, respectively. Drew holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MGA from U of Penn, and a BS in Finance from La Salle University.
