We know times are tough and you certainly would never have imagined 2020 would mean virtual learning and a slew of other compromises. To help support the St. Clair community during these times, the SRC and TSI, along with Real Campus have teamed up to present a workshop series on building skills to improve your mental wellness.

Join us for 4 sessions geared to dealing with these stressful and times of unknown. Here's how the sessions will break down;

  1. Tuesday, October 20 at 4pm EST | Dealing with Roommates Whether it’s with friends, family members, a significant other, or a peer, having a roommate can be stressful… especially during social isolation. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to navigate these relationships by developing healthy boundaries, asking for what you need, and collaborating to lessen stress.

  2. Tuesday, November 3 at 2pm EST | Getting Work Done like a Boss Want to improve your productivity at home during COVID-19? In this virtual workshop, we will unpack the habits of some of the top performers in the world and focus on how you can do more in less time, focusing on, how to get clear on your priorities and key tips and tricks to improve your focus.

  3. Tuesday, November 17 at 4pm EST | Understanding your Story Do you understand how you are unique? The truth is that most of us struggle immensely with understanding how to make sense of our experiences, especially in a way that’s helpful when we’re making big life decisions. In this interactive workshop, you’ll dig into exactly that following a process used by bestselling authors and TED speakers.

  4. Tuesday, December 1 at 2pm EST | Keeping Your Stress in Check How can we better manage our stress right now? Especially during COVID-19, we’re all struggling to cope with the uncertainty of the moment and are naturally feeling scared, isolated, and overwhelmed. This session is all about identifying and managing our stress so that we can try our best to stay calm at this uncertain time.

Don't forget to register today! Advance registration is required. By registering for this series, you don't have to attend all of the sessions (though it would be awesome if you did!). Sessions are free and open to all St. Clair College students.
