About Event

For startups, a go-to-market (GTM) strategy can make or break early growth. The most effective GTM plans are simple, disciplined, and focused on traction.

In this in-person workshop, we will explore the three things startups need to do to execute GTM effectively:

  1. Nail the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  2. Build a Repeatable Customer Acquisition Motion

  3. Prove Retention & Expansion Early

Sandy is a seasoned growth expert with over 20 years of experience leading teams at tech giants like Oracle and Cisco. She specializes in helping B2B SaaS companies boost retention and accelerate growth by unlocking hidden revenue potential through a customer-focused approach.

​Sandy coaches startup founders and revenue leaders using her signature Customer Clarity Method, delivering actionable insights that go beyond theory. Her proven track record includes increasing customer lifetime value and driving growth for top B2B SaaS companies.

​An avid mentor, Sandy is passionate about empowering others, particularly Asian female founders. She regularly offers coaching and workshops to help entrepreneurs thrive. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys exploring new destinations with her family and hitting the tennis court.

Juanjun (JJ) Gu is a global business leader and advocate for innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth. With experience at leading tech companies like TikTok and Microsoft, she has led strategic initiatives across data, AI, and cloud—driving customer impact and global scale.

As a former founder supporting international startups in China, JJ brings deep entrepreneurial insight. She has developed go-to-market strategies, empowered teams, and built cross-border partnerships that deliver measurable growth.

She is also a dedicated career coach and mentor, with a strong track record of helping individuals navigate career transitions and build meaningful paths forward.

JJ looks forward to bringing her global perspective to empower women entrepreneurs and support Echoher’s mission of lasting, inclusive change.

Our Hosts

Han Shen is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises public and private companies on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactional matters. She handles a broad range of tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, equity offerings, investment funds, and debt financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Han was an associate at Han Kun Law Offices in Shanghai.
