Wellness Wonderland is coming to the Hamptons!
Join us for an immersive day of movement, sport, and self-care. Start with a rejuvenating Pilates session with TREMBLE, followed by liveball clinics in Tennis, Padel, and Mini Tennis. Then unwind in our Contrast Suite, enjoy live music, a healthy lunch, refreshing mocktails, and indulge in guided wellness experiences and beauty treatments provided by our exclusive brand partners.

10:30 AM – 11:20 AM: Pilates by TREMBLE
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Liveball Tennis, Padel & Mini Tennis
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Contrast Suite session
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Live music, lunch, mocktails, recovery & beauty care
