YOU MAY NOT USE THE LICENSED MATERIAL AND MAY NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT IF YOU ARE NOT OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH READING RHYTHMS, OR YOU ARE BARRED FROM USING OR RECEIVING THE LICENSED MATERIAL UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

By using or accessing our Sites, utilizing our Services, and/or purchasing our Products, you hereby warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are not 18, you must have the permission of an adult parent or guardian to use our Sites who can legally agree to this Agreement on Your behalf and who will be responsible for your use of our Sites.

Further, by using our Sites, utilizing any Services or purchasing any Products, you consent to receive electronic communications from Reading Rhythms. Reading Rhythms is a unique reading party with live music centered around social connection. Bring a book of your choice to experience silent reading periods and meet new people through facilitated group discussions, where it’s encouraged to share ideas and literary themes.  

Reading parties at the Public Square & Gardens haven taken place all summer, and we're down to our final two events in September and October from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. 

 By attending this event, you agree to have your photo/video used for social media/marketing materials, both as property of Reading Rhythms and other publications that may be present at our reading parties.
