The popular Rasa String Quartet will teach in schools and provide two community concerts.
Friday March 21st, 4PM at Stillpoint
Saturday March 22nd, 4PM at Featherstone Center for the Arts, in their newly renovated concert gallery
Since March of 2017 The Martha's Vineyard Chamber Music Society has provided, at least annually, an Artist in Residence program for the public schools. Visiting ensembles teach in the schools, provide coaching for the string ensembles and provide community concerts for the public at large. MVCMS is proud to welcome the Rasa String Quartet for this year's annual AIR, Musicians Emma Powell, Maura Scanlin, Kiyoshi Hiyashi, and Mina Kim.
